In Alabama, Madison City’s Mayor Paul Finley declared August 2011 as Asperger’s Syndrome Month. It’s to raise awareness about Asperger’s on behalf of the group called Asperger Syndrome S.E.A. Beyond Tomorrow: Support, Educate, Advocate.

Hi Uncommon Bostonian. I reblogged your post (here: http://asperger-syndrome-press.blogspot.com/2011/08/its-aspergers-syndrome-month-in-madison_20.html). I just published a novel called Cross On Me in which the main protagonist has Asperger Syndrome. He lives in Boston but then high-tales out of there and drives to Alaska, in search of a world that doesn’t confuse him or irritates him all the time.
Thanks for your blog!
